Put A Record On: American Music For The Weary And The Mad
Margo Price has had enough.

First and foremost, I hope you're not having to work and that you're staying cool this holiday weekend. During these days when the patriotism seems even more delusional than usual, thankfully we've got great artists reminding us that the struggle against it and the oppression it symbolizes goes back all those 250 years and more. Margo Price just released a collection of protest song covers (vinyl copies will benefit an immigrant rights nonprofit), and two weeks ago we had the release of the star-studded Outlaw's Almanac compilation — what new protest music are you all tuning into this weekend?

Below, I've linked some of our anti-patriotic/collectivist stalwarts, as well as our most recent summer playlist (all of them are under the "Playlists" tab, also) — because hot dogs and swimming pools are really the reason for the season as it were! I hope you enjoy, rest, relax, sleep, veg, and fuel up for future anti-fascist action :)
