The Good

“Alright,” Carter Faith: A ballad with really unusual instrumentation - opens with a super spare piano, gets lush on the chorus. Dreamy, a little psychedelic, really dramatic and almost a little Tori Amos-y. Love this. - MM

“Breaking Dishes,” Caylee Hammack: Speaking of Tori Amos coded country!!! Mixed with Miranda-style burn-your-shit down, it’s the combo we didn’t know we needed. - MM

"Honky Tonk Without A Woman," Aniston Pate: This song is really fun and there should be more of it! — NW

"Never Been the Boss," Ben Arsenault: "I ain't ever been the boss, and that's alright with me." Give me all the twangy country songs about working people! — NW
