Somehow it’s already That Time of Year, hectic and fun in turns — hoping all of you are finding time to enjoy something festive with people you love, and more than anything else, taking it easy as much as you can. We’ve all earned a break, I think, so this will be our last post of the year! After all, 2025…well, it’s not going to be less nutty.

In the meantime know that we are so incredibly grateful for your readership and support! This was our first full calendar year doing the newsletter, and as much as it can be a grind I know Marissa and I have both relished the chance to share music and ideas at will with a friendly, engaged audience. We couldn’t do it without you, extremely literally, and we wouldn’t want to be shouting into the void! So happy holidays, may they be as mellow and fun as possible; below is a playlist intended for a kind of secular Christmas morning, ha. — NW

P.S. - I also threw together a little HonkyTonk Hanukkah playlist for those who celebrate! Personally I am partial to Christmas music (it’s the Jewish Way) and will probably be hanging with Natalie’s playlist most of the holiday season, but I wanted something fun and festive to throw on with my fam when we’re lighting the menorah. So that’s below, too! - MM
